• Is your ice cream All Natural.

  We are proud of our ice cream creations and use all-natural ingredients and no artificial colors, real food and flavors. (even our rainbow sprinkles are made with all-natural vegetable dyes!) We believe you can taste the difference.

• When are you closing for the season?

  We are open year-round! Come enjoy Wickedly Creative housemade micro-batch ice cream and global street food any time during the year with us!
  

• What hours are you guys open?

  Our current hours are:
  Monday - Wednesday: 11 AM to 9 PM
  Thursday - Saturday: 11 AM to 9 PM
  Sundays: CLOSED
  

• Do you have indoor dining/dine-in?

  Yes, we do. We are a fast-casual restaurant (order at the counter and we deliver the food to your table). We have inside dining, curbside pick-up, and takeout.
  

• When will you have (specific flavor) available?
  All of our flavors are randomly made. We do not have a schedule of when certain flavors are available. We like to keep things interesting and random so you never know what you are going to see. We can never guarantee when we will have any specific flavor available. Keep checking our online ordering for our most up-to-date flavors!
  

• I have an allergy. Is it okay for me to eat your ice cream?
  We love nuts, gluten, and all things yummy that go into ice cream. We do not have a dedicated nut-free, gluten-free, soy-free facility. So there may be traces of nuts, soy, gluten, etc in the ice cream. It is up to your discretion as to whether or not you are comfortable consuming the ice cream. We cannot guarantee that our ice creams are 100% nut-, soy-, gluten-, etc-free.
  

• How do I order take-out?
  We recommend for our take-out guests order online. However, we can also do take-out orders in person, or over the phone at (860)653-6303. Please keep in mind that ordering when you get here may result in longer wait times. Oftentimes, if you order when you arrive on the property, your order is placed behind a queue of other orders.
  

• How do I order a custom cake?
  We no longer make 9- inch or 6-inch custom cakes, or pies. The only custom cake we make is our largest sheet cake size. We need two weeks’ notice for a sheet cake (phone in the order and only managers can take an order for a large sheet cake.) We do have lots of fresh-made ice cream 9- inch and 6-inch cakes and pies available for pick-up. To check what we have in stock, please check our online ordering.
  

• Can I get personalized writing on a cake?
  Unfortunately, we are not writing on cakes.
  

• Do I need to order ahead for cakes and pies?
  We highly recommend placing your order online for our stocked cakes and pies due to high demand. You can even schedule for when you would like to pick up your order!
